Yeah I think these guys are just novice players and they get freaked out and start running around - it's like a deer in the headlights. Rather than trying to cheat. I think.

He did say it was the rush...but he was running on 3 and 4 man rushes when txboy stopped blitzing

Yeah - the guy gets shell shocked, freaks out, doesn't know what he is looking for or at, and thinks the blitz is coming every time. I see on one of the plays TX picked him off - I bet that happened a lot.

Me personally, I see it as a sign a novice playing. I know back in the old days you could take Vick and run around like a wild animal then chuck a frozen rope 65 yards down field on target. But thankfully the game doesn't let that crap happen like that anymore.

Best way to counter a blitz is to throw a screen, short passes, or a pitch out. Just like in real life, Madden has actually gotten that right. Thank goodness. And if you have a mobile QB you can make a play on the run - but you can't really do it 25 yards behind the line like this guy is trying to do.

Yea he threw 7 picks..the player in the video had 5 of them...his running back had like 10 catches for like 120 yrds

(I threw six picks against TX in a playoff game so i'm not one to talk.....the memories of that make me ill)

unrealistic drop backs is not cheating its just unrealistic since we are trying to emulate what happens on sundays its against the rules i kno every once in a while i drop back to far and alot of other ppl do 2 i just hate when we have to pause the game just for my opponent to message me i dropped back 2 far on 1 play in the whole game

Yea I completely agree...SOMETIMES it happens and that's fine...identifying pressure and rolling away from it is fine..I sat and watched this game and unless it was slant that wasn't covered every pass was a long 15 20 yrd drop back to use the play maker 3 and 4x to throw it to your hb is rediculous

Dropping back really far once in a while is not unrealistic - it does happen once in a while in the NFL - the QB gets in trouble and starts running around - it's never a good idea - but it does happen. So people shouldn't say anything about it happening once in a while.....imo

Agreed - it makes for a farce of a game - a joke.

The idea was not to say he was cheating because he want. He obviously didn't read or wanted to follow the rules we have set here. I just wanted to shed light on him and I would expect to do so on something that obvious. I rarely talk about how ppl play but had to say something on this.
