Guys I purchased a new HD tv with it I purchased a HDMI cable. when I play games off line I have a lag? I press the accuracy button but it doesnt register Can anyone help an old friend out?

your getting video lag? thats what it sounds like...unfortunately i don't have a 1080p Tv (mines 1080i no hdmi) but im sure if u google video lag and your tv model you should an answer somewhere.

I thought ps3 broadcasts in 720..I got a 1080Hd Tv..But it auto switches to 720 when i turn ps3 on..try 720

I have 1080i with a killer HDMI and i keep my system set to 1080. I know games tell ya to go to 720, but I never do and I never have problems like that. I hope you get it worked out bro!

Make sure you have everything checked in the PS3 display menu- 720p, 1080i, 1080p.
