All around football, smart play, and user skill have nothing 2 do with this years madden. And if John isnt feelin you in a particular game watch out because you are probably going 2 lose over half your key players.

Apparently all you have 2 do these days is find the fastest way 2 hit a back if your in zone and take your TE throw 2 him in double coverage all game so that way he can still make the catch break 5 tackles and out run your secondary for 80 yard touchdowns. Frikin ridicoulous. I have never seen so many guys throw into coverage and still have sucsess. I have yet 2 learn this art.

Yeah...my defense on here is all out of whack too...I wish they would just bring the defense back from last year...Even JMO (who is a defensive beast) has complained he can't control the game the way he used to. It sucks...but all we can do is cross our fingers and hope for another patch sooner than later.

just lost...giving up 31 points in the 4th quater...this also happened in greeneer franchise...gave up 38 points in the 4th quarter both games i was up big only to have fade...if this were real life i would b the laughing stock of the NFL...its like the madden 11 has torn down my steel curtain and replace then window blinds...lol

rubberband ai is awesome. thats why i learned to never build a sizable lead vs anyone who has skills. much like racing games that lower the lead car's abilities, its been coded in madden to moreless pull the same act..lowering the leading teams ratings to allow a 'catch up' mode. ea thinks this would make for closer, more exciting games.

im not bs'ing you either, this was in a blog ian cummings wrote in 09. so when i bitch about 'rubberband ai', this is what i'm referring to. ea's way of making madden exciting is like a big guy driving a big ass truck to compensate for his little dick.

Yeah i just think madden 11 has far less user skill. Call a good D good coverage good user skills and your opponent can throw into tight man coverage and the target is blanketed by a linebacker in zone...however its still completed. Passes i apparently dont have the balls 2 make because they sure look like they should be interceptions 2 me.

I agree completely. I liked last years madden where if you threw to a guy who was covered that shit got picked almost every time. Now its all just luck and the games RNG deciding who makes plays.

Most annoying thing is when you hit a QB as he throws it, causing a wobbly, floater of a wounded duck throw... and your D just stands there looking at it while the WR runs under it for the catch. Even if you click on, if feels like the D is running in water when the ball is floating up there for grabs.
