CPU game restarts

I noticed in the new rules that there was no rules against CPU restarts. Whats up with this? Thought there was going to be a rule against this

This aspect ceretainly needed to be addressed and has been... a bit of a history lesson... Many former members of the MG have come to see CPU games as AUTOMATIC WINS (which may or may not be the case) - they would just SUPOER SIMJ through CPU games until they got a win because they "didnt like playn the CPU"... The former GC agreed with this assement - AND I DIOD NOT 0- but i had to follow the will of the Governing Council...

The CPU game restarts got obscene - it got to the point where every CPU game had multiple restarts - and sure every1 says that they are just super siming the game - but a corrupt player could restart a CPU game where he was legitimately losing or if he had a critical muti-game injury to 1 of his player - THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT CHEATING!

But since these players are no longewr in the MG - the policy of restarting CPU games has been abolished!

first off our Lgs are at full capacity so there is lil reason to even play the CPU (but the circumstance does occur on occasion) - the new policy procedure is that YOU GET 1 CPU GAME START AND THATS IT... if you get an inadvertain DC while playn the CPU (which happens OCCASIONALLY) - you must show beyond a doubt that the inadvertain DC occured (i suggest cell phone picture of the screen)...

If you wih to super-sim your game - U MUST ACCET THE OUTCOME OF THE SUPER-SIM regardless of score or injury...

We have move to an accel clock so the game sin GREENERRRR LG move along at a quicker pace... So super-siming the game because of a lack of an accel clock is no longer an issue...

pls note - this change is not listed in the our revised Madden Group rules because its more of an OFF FIELD - POLICY and PROCEDURE situyation - it is listed there accordingly...

Just a head's up. Some restarts are legitimate. If you ever get disconnected, it will show as a restart.

or your 100% right coach but it doesnt happen often - and u have to make a line in the sand somehow (even though that it sometimes is a nusaince to kegitimate players - the actions of a few unscrupilous people who may try to take advantage of a curtesy of auto CPU gm restarts on inadvertain disconnects - spoils it for the rst of us - but than again we are nbot asking guys to "prove OJ innocent" lol)... Seeing the rarity of CPU game disconects - thought it would be only reasonable to put the onus on the player in that situation to show that was the case - a simple cell phone picture of the screen showing the inadvertain DC, score (with time) and the injury list could all do this easily)...

It would be great if we didnt have to do things - but thats a perfect world - that fact that we have RULES and REGULATIONS - sets boundaries about what is right and wrong - and grantyed - there are different opinions on what is and wasnt SIM - but the rules help us establish these bloundaries - whether we agree with them 100% is less consequential - the fact their are clearly defined limits is the main thing... and lets puts things in perspective - we are noty talking about an exhaustive list of CODE of LAWS... the Madden Group runs on simple agreement of LESS THAN 8 SIMPLE RULES!
