Dallas Cowboys Draft Recap and Week 1

The Dallas Cowboys came out of the draft of tuesday very happy with there team. "Would i have liked to grab a couple other guys sure but they went a little to early than what I was willing to draft them but I am very happy with who we ended up with" the dallas cowboy owner had the say after the draft. The took WR D.Bryant with the 11th pick in the draft and they are very high on this guy and he counter part rookie WR A.Green taken in the 3rd round. Leading there Defense is SS T.Branch, DT S.Ellis and MLB R.McClain. The Cowboys are very high on there D also selecting CB S.Smith in the 5th and rookie CB R.Dowling in the 6th. Other starting rookies on this team are C M.Pouncy RT T.Smith HB S.Ridley LG W.Rackley LT M.Gilbert LOLB A.Ayers and FS M.Raymond. This dallas cowboy team is very young and talented and has a very bright future.

Big D faced the New York Jets in week one in New york. The handed the keys to the offense to 2nd year QB C.McCoy and he did nothing less than succeed throwing 3td 1int for 157 yards. The offense was surprisingly lead by rookie HB S.Ridely and there huge very talented O-Line. Ridley rushed for 142 yards on 13 att. The Cowboys were up 28-7 at half but the jets fought back to make the final score 35-28 Dallas. Big D put up some very nice numbers from D.Cox with 1int and 6 tackles. Rookie CB R.Dowling had a INT for a TD in the 2nd quarter and MLB leading the team with 5 tackles of his own. Dallas sure liked the way the preformed week one on the road and they hope to keep up the intensity.
