As commish I send out messages daily to keep the league moving, have a PLAYER OF THE WEEK after each week during the season rewarded on this site and given to the player who allowed the fewest points and had the largest margin of victory against his opponent, I'm online all the time in order to solve disputes and other hiccups that are bound to happen during the season while trying to manage 32 guys and keep them all happy, and I'm constantly posting on this forum for my franchise creating polls and other topics to keep the interest focused and to get my owners involved.
