Saints - Week 3

played billdozer_27 last night, who btw seems like a real good dude. great sportsmanship and was fairly easy to schedule with.

i came into this game, wanting to establish the run early. it started off a bit slow but i was able to pick my way through the blitzes and convert my 3rd down west coast offense. he looked to hit the out routes and deep passes so i stuck with my speed lb's and db's out of a nickle cover 1 as his rb didn't get many touches. i got a pick and a couple of stops to put myself up 21-0 at the end of the 1st.

he finally caught me stackin the box on 3rd down an burned me deep, well, his wr caught the ball between two of my defenders as i thought the cpu would swat. wrong.

all in all i let my defense do the work, and had both my rb's finish with over 100 yards a piece as the ground game was open. went 9/9 on third downs taking advantage of the blitz schemes. my rookie sam bradford went 4/4 for 150, poor guy's hardly gettin any reps lol. overall a gg and a good person to ball with.
