Rule clarification proposal

Posted this in Universal SIM Rules also.

There's a rule that is badly written, and though most of us know what the intent is, there are 1 or 2 unscrupulous people who use the poor wording to cheat. So I propose it be written as follows:

You may use whatever shifts you wish through the shift system, but you may only manually move 1 player with the joystick pre-snap, and you may not move off that player until after the snap.

That sounds like a well worded rule.
