San Diego Off-Season Roundup

It was a dismal year in San Diego, after going 6-10 and finishing third in the division. So management decided to shake some things up. MLB Barrett Ruud, DE Calais Campbell, and CB Jerraud Powers, were all sent packing to the Ravens for reasons undisclosed. When asked for a comment on those players departure, members of the coaching staff would only relate that they were "performance" related. In exchange, the Chargers brought in Marshawn Lynch to supplement 2nd Team All-Pro Steve Slaton, as well as two draft picks. On draft day, the Chargers were clearly going speed, acquiring 2 Linebackers, top 10 Safety Sergio Brown, a speedy WR with size, and some much needed secondary help to replace Powers. Things appear to be looking up, as they finished the preseason undefeated, and boast a huge amount of confidence heading into week 1 of the 2011-2012 season. JMO....we meet like week 15 or so too i think...I've got all the big dogs too...JMO, GREEN, RO, Blaine, Rui_F, and txboy...basically almost everyone who made the playoffs...of course...what kills me only make me better.

I did add some difficulty to your schedule though...this new PAP dude seems pretty tough...he took over the Raiders for Dodgeran...Now i need to find a replacement for Nickkwiesh...it just never stops...damnit!

Yup...you just get all fat and overweight from your cupcake schedule...We will all destroy you in the playoffs then...after all of us will being prepped for the playoffs after beating up each other all season. And of course my season starte off with a bang. Lost to papz (who I GOT IN THE LEAGUE) first game of the season. Defensively my squad played well, but offensive turnovers kept me playing from behind all game. Cassel might get benched if I can't trade him. That bum's noodle arm and crappy accuracy are constantly costing me games. Whether he's off target on wide open receivers or throwing ducks that get picked I just can't win with this fool. I don't care if he was a top 10 qb or not last yr. Charlie Whitehurst might be seeing some action real soon
