Stewart Scott: We've got Michelle Tafoya in Detroit with the latest in Week 2.. Michelle?

Michelle Tafoya: Thanks Stewart, Aqib Talib, not the easiest name to say in the NFL raised the bar for the Eagles defense in the 4th quarter returning 2 interceptions for touchdowns (100yd TD and 51yd TD) in stunning fashion. With the veteran Peyton Manning under center for the Lions, early in the 4th quarter, the Lions were ready to strike down only 17-13, and ready to score from the Eagles 5yd line. Coach Delmas called for an out route to Brandon Marshall, that was afterwards regretted, when Aqib Talib jumped the route at the goal line and returned it for 6 points, a game changing play that ultimately shifted the game into the Eagles favor. After struggling to come back Manning went on to throw 3 more interceptions in the 4th qtr, 3 of which where snagged by Aqib Talib, the other by Greg Toler, all leading to an extra 10 points, putting the Eagles out of reach at 34-13. The player of the game was certainly Talib, who manned up on Brandon Marshall , and held him to only 3 catches for 69 yards. Another notable bright spot for the Eagles came from the undrafted rookie out of Missouri, Danario Alexander, who snagged 3 balls for 126yds and a TD, which came on a 74yd strike down the middle from Colt McCoy. The Eagles defense shut down the Lions run attack with Stephen Jackson, holding him to 32yds on 9 carries, which forced Manning to throw a total of 41 passes, completing 24 for a total of 263 yds. Thats all from Detroit, back to you Stewart.
