Week 5 Power Rankings
3rd Edition of the VIP power rankings. This only takes into consideration of games played 1-5 to clear u some confusion week 6 does not factor into this. On that note we have the Minnesota Vikings back on top of the rankings after a huge win over the Arizona Cardinals in the week 5 Game Of The Week
+1 1) Minnesota Vikings 5-0 RIPxPatTillman40 The Vikings had a 20-17 victory over the color=red]Arizona Cardinals[/color] in the Week 5 game of the week and they take over as the favorite in the NFC. The Vikings are also the Week 6 game of the week against the 5-0 Chicago Bears The winner of that game will be the last undefeated team in the NFC
+2 2) Chicago Bears 5-0 chizz522 The bears had a nail bitter vs the winless Detroit Lions in a 28-27 win. But they have shown they can score and just win which moves them up 2 spots to take over the #2 spot in the power rankings. But if they wanna stay up top these rankings they need to stay undefeated as there is some tough competition in the NFC
-- 3) Cincinnati Bengals 5-0 Dlew16. The Bengals had a dominate victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-7. They came in to a close 2nd but the bears are on the rise so the Bengals will stay at #3 this week but if they get a win over the Indianapolis Colts they will surely move up
-3 4)Arizona Cardinals 4-1 K15Nichols The biggest looser this week is the Arizona Cardinals falling from the number one spot after the devastating lose to the now #1 Minnesota Vikings The Cardinals head into their bye week this week to watch film of the Vikings and learn from their mistakes early in the season
-- 5) Tennessee Titans 5-0 alphadantedog the Titans didn't have dominating performance such as the rest of the top 5 the titans again to stay top 5 as they move into their bye week.
+2 6) San Fransisco 49ers 4-1 Cantbeat83 Another team on the rise moving up 2 spots is the San Fransisco 49ers A great win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-17 the 49ers move up 2 spots as they bounce the Bucs out of the top 10 and move up to six.
+3 7) New England Patriots 4-1 ro_--_88. The Patriots is the winner this week moving up three spots from 10 to 7. After loosing their opening game the Patriots have done nothing but dominate the offensive end averaging 32 ppg. The Patriots look to go up against the 4-1 Dallas Cowboys If it wasn't for the Bears vs Vikings game the Patriots and Cowboys game would be the Game Of The Week
-- 8 ) Dallas Cowboys 4-1 I_LovE_AreolaS. Coming out of their bye week the cowboys stay the same at 8 and look to move up in these rankings in the runner-up Game Of The Week Cowboys Vs Patriots. This game should be a shootout
-- 9) 4-1 Miami Dolphins 4-1 IshitonPLL03 Another team coming off their bye week the Dolphins also look to move up vs a very dangerous underrated New York Jets in a battle for 1st in very close AFC East
+1 10) St. Louis Rams 3-1 TheNextOne The rams round out the top 10 as a team on the rise. The rams made the top 10 off a bye week was because the teams fighting for the final spot on these top 10 all lost. The rams look to prove they should be in the top 10 vs the Defending Champs Green Bay Packers.
Teams On The Rise:
New York Jets 3-2
Seattle Seahawks3-2
Houston Texans3-2
Philadelphia Eagles3-2
Green Bay Packers 3-2
Two Teams to watch out for:
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers & The Philadelphia Eagles have both been ranked in the top 10 and these 2 teams are a very dangerous 2 loose teams. The Bucs Lead their division at 3-2 and 2 looses are to top 5 ranked opponents. The Eagles are only a game behind the #8 Dallas Cowboys and have shown that they can blow the door open on you on offense. DO NOT take these teams lightly
