Based on you r feedback - the following changes have been made:

FATIGUE has been moved down 6 to 44

Quarter length has been moved down 1 minutes from 8 minutes to 7 minutes...,

Both of these changes will decrease the number of injuries - because you are more likely to have a player injury when your player is tired - Shorter quarter lengths and lower fatigue levels will result in players being "tired less" during the game!
