Season 2 Preview! Empty Season 2 Preview!

Biggest sleeper teams in the NFC:

KrisJ and the NY Giants. Many question whether or not his defense can be a big enough factor to make a super bowl run but no one doubts the numbers his offense puts up. Any given day the G-Men can light up the score board for 40+

Ripfmee and the Carolina Panthers. Lost several close games to tough opponents last season including nearly beating 18-1 Tampa Bay opening weekend. Had he started Beastmode's season off with an L, would that have changed the landscape of the NFC last season?

Biggest sleeper teams in the AFC:

BwareOfDaD-Fence and the Cleveland Browns. No one wanted any part of this organization as they went through 2 difference owners in season 1 before Bware took over a losing franchise. Bad team? No one told him. He simply ripped off a 6 game winning streak and missed the playoffs by 1 game! Was his draft enough to put him in the running as a favorite to take the AFC this year?

Kavorka and the Baltimore Ravens. Perhaps the owners leave of absence late in the season was the -only- reason the Ravens narrowly missed making a deep run into the playoffs last year. But they did make it, his team was simply that well established. With things back in order, look to B-More to be a major threat to the Established Elites

Established Elites or 1 season wonder?

Burrinthepaint and the Steelers. Terrible Towels got little press due to you-know-who running the table in the regular season. On the AFC side, Neno Black's Texans and Browardgoons Raiders were expected to meet head to head for the right to go to the Super Bowl. All Burrinthepaint did was win. And win it all. Oh by the way, he did it with 2 medicare veterans Terrell Owens and Randy Moss. One retired, the other returned.

You-Know-Who AKA Beastmode and the Buccaneers. Undefeated in the regular season with QB Kapernick at the helm. Pulled a 2009 NE Patriots coming up short at the end with an 18-1 record but no indications are he will ease up this season. News Flash: Had one of the best drafts this year, snagging TE James Rados 89 speed, CB Steve Bonilla, only 5'9 but one of the best corners in college football last year and amazing RT Rouse to give Kapernick more time to throw...as if he needed it.

Neno-Black and the Houston Texans. Number 1 seed in the AFC last year. Many believe he went away from what worked in the AFC Championships game and should have been in the Super Bowl. Coulda shoulda woulda won't get you a ring though, and Neno Knows it. This draft did his Texans well, adding some key offensive pieces to the puzzle to compliment the number 1 rated defense in all of football. Watch out, the Texans are here to stay.

RIPPatTilman and the Cardinals. The most winningest background of all the coaches/owners in the NFL. Quietly marched his way deep into the playoffs last season with little hype but plenty of results. Whether luck, strategy or outright outplaying the other team, he has a knack for finding his way in the winner's circle everywhere he goes. Will the Circle welcome him this year? Tough challenge...

BrowardGoons and the Raiders. Just win baby! That's about all he did last season. Win looks to be on the agenda again this year with a huge upgrade to his defense with a player many think will be a pro-bowler every single year of his career-MLB Hunter Majors. This may be his window however, with a deadly but aging receiving core. His GM skills will be put to the test season 3 and 4 but for now, the Raiders are one of the favorites.

Biggest Challenge Ahead:

Yerp_617 and the Jacksonville Jaguars. An abandoned team early in the season. Yerp took over late and showed flashes of brilliance putting up big numbers in close games against a couple of playoff teams. Now, with a full off-season of preperation under his belt, can he fix the mess left to him by previous ownership, or will another hero be asked to come along and save the day? Yerp doesn't seem to have a lot of quit in him as he plows through a messy off-season to right his ship. If successful, will certainly be the Cinderella story of the year.
