Outage or Online pass issue?

Anyone else having issues getting online?
Tried to log in, and it had the enable Online Pass thing, but would never connect to the EA Server....

I'm assuming its an outage, as I haven't see the enable Online Pass since the day I bought the game.....

If you re-download the game data, you need to reactivate the Online Pass. Go into your download manager, it should be there.

Didn't download anything, thats the weird part. I was playing a few games this morning, and then watched a movie, and now I can't get online....
I can't even get to the screen to renable my online pass...thats what makes me think its an outage..

Not that I could, as I have to find my book arg...

This sucks. EA had to escalate my issue. Hopefully they fix this today....

Crisis resolved....

Apparently there was a server issue that locked out a certain # of users from Online Pass. We couldn't redeem the old code, we couldn't purchase a new one, nothing.... basically I got an email that said, "Server Data Issue for Region 1 Resolved"

I'm pleasantly surprised that EA solved it within 24 hours.....Shocker.

It doesn't sound like I was the only one affected.....
